Shipping and Delivery Policy

All our products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.

When you receive your order

Your order is delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes:

• the order confirmation page shows a download button for each product you bought; and
• we email a download link to the address you entered at checkout.

Delivery is complete when the download is made available on the confirmation page or emailed to you. Please check that your email address is correct before you pay.

Download links

Each download link works for 30 days and for up to 5 downloads. Please save a copy to your device. If your link has expired, contact us and we will send a new one once we have confirmed your purchase.

If you have not received your order

• Check your spam, junk or promotions folder for our email.
• Some payments, especially UPI, can take a little longer to be confirmed. We deliver as soon as the payment is confirmed. If it is not confirmed, the money is returned as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• If nothing has arrived within one hour, email [email protected] with your order number or payment reference, and we will send your download.

File formats

Each product page lists the file format, such as PDF or EPUB. You will need a reader app for that format, and most phones and computers already have one.
